WHAT IS YOUR ROLE/POSITION IN MOTORCYCLING?
I am the Coordinator of the WILSport European Junior Cup, Assistant Manager of the Cup Director and I also give a hand to the WILSport Racedays Honda Team in the FIM Supersport World Championship.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO MOTORCYCLING?
I started watching the races at a very young age. When my family moved to Spain, we decided to attend a MotoGP race in Valencia and at the very first moment when I got into the paddock I decided I didn't want to leave that place, ever. Then I went to a few more races, I met lots of people, I learned languages and experience, and voilà!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE/ENJOY IN MOTORCYCLING?
The adrenaline of the races, the atmosphere in the paddock, the variety of people and cultures that we get to know working in this sport.
WHAT IS YOUR OBJECTIVE, YOUR GOAL?
My goal is to be useful in all possible areas, feeling that the team could not work without me.
DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL/MENTOR THAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO JOIN MOTORCYCLING?
I didn't have any role model until a couple of years ago when I got to meet Silvia Sánchez, Team Coordinator and PR Assistant of the Kawasaki Racing Team WSBK. She is an incredible hard-worker and an amazing mom, and even though she might be under a lot of pressure during the race weekends, she always has a smile in her face.
WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND MOTORCYCLING?
Working in this sport is a challenge, it helps you to grow as a person, it teaches you to work as a team, to get out of your comfort zone, to want more and to get better at what you do.
