Paula is Director of the Women in Motorcycling Commission of the Spanish Motorcycling Federation and also a member of the FIM Women in Motorcycling Commission. She started riding a motorcycle when she was eight years old and has always done it for fun. Later, starting at the age of 12 years old, she went to a number of different Motorcycle Grand Prix races in Spain and other countries. Two years after graduating with a Law and Sports Law Master’s, she had the opportunity to work for the Spanish Federation. In the beginning she helped many young riders in circuit racing with their careers, and organised various events with her motorcycle club. In 2018 Paula passed the Spanish exams for Race Director, Timekeeper, Technical Steward and Sporting Steward for all the motorcycle categories. In 2017 Paula started working for the Spanish Federation as Women’s Commission Director while launching a new environmental project and providing legal advice. Since she started her work in the Spanish Federation, they have carried out a lot of activities, for example, the Macrocampus and different training camps for all categories, various motorcycling fairs, projects with children, and helping female Spanish riders to progress in their careers. They also engage in co-operation with other federations to promote Spanish championships.
