Tommi Pärmäkoski has been working in the sport world in many different roles.
He was working with Formula 1 driver Sebastian Vettel as his performance trainer from 2008 to 2011, when Vettel and Red Bull won several World Champion titles.
At the moment, Tommi is working mostly as a strength and condition coach with the Finnish Elite League Hockey Team Pelicans in Lahti and also as a specialist in Kuortane Olympic Training Centre.
Pärmäkoski has been involved in many sports, for example as an assistant coach for the Finnish Women's National team in volleyball and ice hockey. During his years in the Kuortane Olympic Training Centre he has been a supervisor in speed and strength development programmes, and athletics coordinator in Kuortane High School.
Through the Olympic centre, Tommi has been doing a lot of consultation work with the Kuortane Top Team athletes. These are the local top athletes in Finland from the different sports including Olympic level athletes from cross-country skiing, speed skating, track & field, etc. and also athletes from popular Finnish sports like Rally and Golf.
