Female riders’ scene represents juicy market for the industry worth billions of dollars but still not all the manufacturers are looking into it. Manufacturers´ representatives discuss about the latest trends in their respective sector and will expose their strategies when it comes to targeting the female riders.

10:30 - 11:15    Plenary Session 2 - Targeting the New Generation

Captivating the attention of the new generation is a real challenge. Sport federations need to be creatuve and make their sport appealing and more accessible. Motorsport is an expensive sport and not easy to get started with. The experts will talk about how to get new blood to the motorsport and how to make motorsport attractive for the new generation.

11:15 - 12:00    Panel 5 - Inspirational Stories – How to brand yourself

Willing to get inspired? Don’t miss this session where dreams come true.

13:00 - 13:45    Workshop 1 – Attracting Volunteers

No Volunteers, no sports events! Without the presence of volunteers sporting events couldn’t be run but in world where people have less and less time to give for free how to attract and retain volunteers? We will present ways to recruite, keep and reward volunteers and showcase how to reach an untapped pool: women.    

13:45 - 14:30    Workshop 2 - Training & Coaching

Training is the key but how to do it the right way and get concrete results. In this session the experts describe what it takes to keep the physical level at the maximum, how the top level training works in 2019 and what specifics of training female athletes there are. You will also get concrete examples how to organize training camps for women and children.

14:30 - 15:15    Workshop 3 – Athletes’ Dual and After Career

Sports career don’t last forever – all athletes know it but very few plan their after career. Another challenge athletes face is the difficulty to study while training, making it even harder to have a career plan after sport. The transition from sports life to the “normal life” can be a harsh and should already be planned during the sports career.

15:45-16:30      Panel 6 - Electric: the future of Motorsports?

Motorsports is changing. Formula E world championship launched in 2014 and this year the MotoE World Championship show how technology and innovation affect our sport. Is the green power the future and do these series provide more opportunities for women?
